Below is our shipping information to help you understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons, launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping methods and rates

Local Shipping (Singapore)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE
    Estimated delivery: [2–4 business days]

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

  • Standard Shipping: US$20

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days)

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

3. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Missing, lost, or stolen parcels

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the courier

  • Lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed by the recipient

If your package is missing, please contact the courier with your tracking number.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

5. Shipping address changes

If you need to update your address, please email us at support@spmr.co immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

6. Pre-orders

If your order contains preordered items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available—unless separate shipping is requested (additional charges apply).

7. Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Peak seasonal volume

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Weather or courier delays
